On Tuesday, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) travels to Riga in Latvia for a meeting between countries on Nato's eastern flank, writes the government in a press release.
The meeting, held in the so-called B9 format, gathers leaders from Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. Finland's President Alexander Stubb and Nato's Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg will also participate.
"In Riga, the leaders will discuss the upcoming Nato summit in Washington in July and long-term support for Ukraine", according to the press release.
