Anton Källberg rises from 27th to 17th place on the table tennis world ranking after last week's successes in Frankfurt. The Swede reached the final in the WTT Champions tournament, where Chinese Lin Shidong ultimately proved too strong.
The climb in the world ranking means that Källberg will participate in the WTT final in Fukuoka, Japan, November 20-24. The 16 best singles players will participate, and after a withdrawal, the Swede takes a place in the starting field. This is reported by the Swedish Table Tennis Association to SVT.
Truls Möregårdh, ninth on the latest world ranking, was already clear for the tour final.
