The Space X Dragon capsule has landed in the sea off Florida. On board were the Polaris Dawn astronauts, who made history as the first to perform a spacewalk in private operation.
The walk is perhaps an exaggeration, as billionaire Jared Isaacman and Sarah Gillis mostly just opened a hatch and looked out.
Polaris Dawn began on the 10th when the rocket took off from Cape Canaveral in Florida. Renting out the launch platform is as far as the American space agency NASA's involvement goes.
The capsule reached an altitude of 1,408 kilometers above the surface, which is the highest orbit for a manned flight since the Apollo program, according to Space X.
