Four people have been shot to death at a bar in the state of Montana and several have been injured, according to local authorities.
A 45-year-old man who lived next to the bar in the town of Anaconda has been identified as a suspect. Local special police have conducted a search of his residence but without being able to arrest him.
The man is still believed to be armed and the search for him is ongoing, among other things, in forest areas on the outskirts of the town, which has around 9,000 inhabitants.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are unclear, as is the condition of the injured.
Sandra Barker, spokesperson for the region's FBI office, states that the FBI is assisting the local authorities but does not want to answer other questions.
