Harris condemns Trump's remarks about "internal enemies"

Donald Trump hints at deploying the military against "the inner enemy". The move is an example of the rhetoric that shows that the Republican presidential candidate is an enormous threat to America, claims his rival Kamala Harris.

Harris condemns Trump's remarks about "internal enemies"

He believes that everyone who does not support him or is willing to bend to his will is an enemy of our country, said Democrat Kamala Harris at an election meeting in Erie in the swing state of Pennsylvania on Tuesday morning, Swedish time.

This is one of the reasons why I am so convinced that a second term for Trump would be an enormous risk for America.

The comment from Harris' 78-year-old opponent came in an interview with Fox News on Sunday, where Trump was asked whether "outside agitators" could sabotage Election Day. The answer was:

I think a bigger problem is internal enemies, more than the people who come to us to destroy our country.

We have some really nasty people, some really sick people, radical left-wing extremists. I think they /.../ should be taken care of by – if necessary – the National Guard, or if necessary by the military.
