Twelve years ago, a seven-year-old girl disappeared in Colombia. In February this year, she escaped from her perpetrator and reported him, and he was arrested last week in the city of Medellín.
The arrested man, a school bus driver, is suspected of, among other things, kidnapping and child rape. According to the suspicions, the man changed the girl's name, kept her hidden at different addresses, and raped her in front of a camera.
The man also manipulated the girl into believing that the actions he performed on her were normal, according to the prosecutor. The man denies the allegations.
