Ganslandt makes a horror film of Nesbø's "The House of Night"

The Swedish film director Jesper Ganslandt is to make a new horror film based on Jo Nesbø's latest thriller "Natthuset". The Swedish-Norwegian duo is writing the script together, according to Deadline, which reports that the film is to premiere next spring.

Co-writing a script with an author who has sold around 60 million books can seem daunting, notes the Swedish "Snabba cash" director.

But Jo Nesbø was incredibly generous and humble from the start. To my great delight, we share the same goals, says Jesper Ganslandt in a comment where he promises to make a horror film unlike anything else.
