We are issuing an urgent warning that all hospitals in the Gaza Strip will cease to function or reduce their operations within 48 hours, says Marwan al-Hams, head of Gaza's field hospital, during a press conference.

He adds that it is due to Israel hindering fuel supplies.

Late in October, the Hamas-controlled health department stated that all but one hospital in northern Gaza were not operational.

The war in Gaza has been ongoing since October 7 last year, when the terrorist-listed Hamas carried out a large-scale attack against Israel. Since then, Israel has repeatedly bombed Gaza and sent in ground troops in search of individuals with ties to Hamas. Israel has also allowed very few aid shipments to the heavily affected civilian population in Gaza, despite sharp demands from, among others, the USA.
