Viveka Bosson, who founded Mjellby Art Museum, is dead, reports P4 Halland.
Bosson was active as an art critic in Paris during the 1960s and 1970s. In 1980, she bought Mjellby's old folk school outside Halmstad and established Mjellby Art Museum, where she was the manager until 2006.
Bosson became 94 years old.
Mjellby Art Museum manages an extensive collection of artworks from the Halmstad Group, which consisted of artists Sven Jonsson, Waldemar Lorentzon, Stellan Mörner, Axel Olson, Erik Olson (Viveka Bosson's father) and Esaias Thorén.
