During a student event in Malmö, a rector intervened when two students held up a Palestinian flag on stage. The rector took hold of one of the students in an attempt to remove the flag. The incident has been reported both to the police and the School Inspectorate and Malmö City is conducting its own investigation, which includes a viral video clip of the incident.
According to Svensson, the incident will now be investigated "expeditiously".
