Several people are suspected of the shooting in a residential area in Eskilstuna on Sunday, reports SVT Sörmland.
The prosecutor sees no connections to gang criminality.
It appears to be an isolated incident, says prosecutor Maria Nilsson.
A 35-year-old man was seriously injured in the shooting. He was operated on and has since been able to be heard several times.
