A woman in her 80s has been found dead in an ice hole in Götene in the Västra Götaland region, the police write on their website.
The police and rescue services were alerted at around 18:00 on Thursday. The caller had discovered a hole in the ice and an abandoned car parked by the lake.
There is no suspicion of crime.
