The SVT series "Dips" gets a third season. Filming starts in the spring and the series premieres at the beginning of 2026.
"It will be a significantly more explosive season than before. There will be missiles, super-secret Swedish import and export goods, and more diplomatic lies than you can count", say the series creators Marie Agerhäll and Jesper Rönndahl in a press release.
"Dips" is about "diplos" Jens Stråhle (Jesper Rönndahl) and Fanny Båtsman (Moa Lundqvist) who attend the diplomatic program and intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Their supervisors Mimmi Hamilton (Marie Agerhäll) and expedition leader Hendrik Tür (Kristian Luuk) are also recurring characters.
The first season was broadcast in 2018.
