A legendary guitar that has belonged to Eddie Van Halen is expected to bring in over two million dollars at an auction at Sotheby’s, writes Billboard.
The guitar in question was used by Van Halen on a tour between 1982 and 1983. The instrument's red and black and white striped appearance has much in common with the hard rock guitarist's well-known "Frankenstrat" guitar from 1975.
Eddie Van Halen died on October 6, 2020, as a result of throat cancer, 65 years old.
