Sean "Diddy" Combs is suing NBC Universal for the documentary "Diddy: The Making of a bad boy", which he claims falsely accuses him of being a serial killer who had sex with underage girls.
In the lawsuit filed with a New York court on Wednesday, it states that "the entire premise of the documentary assumes that Mr. Combs has committed multiple heinous crimes, including serial murder, rape of minors, and sex trafficking of minors".
"It leads to the baseless conclusion that Mr. Combs is a monster and an embodiment of Lucifer with many similarities to Jeffrey Epstein", it further states.
Combs, who is demanding no less than 100 million dollars in damages, has been detained in Brooklyn since he was arrested on September 16 last year, accused by over 120 people of, among other things, rape, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation.
The trial against him begins on May 5.
