With 529 reports, By Métis takes first place. The company is said to help customers cancel subscriptions.

Many customers have, however, been unaware that they have had to pay for the service, writes the consumer magazine Råd & Rön in a press release.

The company with the next most reports is Dinbilgaranti. The company sends out offers for extended warranties when the manufacturer's warranty on the car expires. However, according to Råd & Rön, the offer looks like an invoice that the recipient is tricked into paying.

"This type of company is a recurring problem", says Gabriella Fenger-Krog, unit manager at the Consumer Agency, to the magazine.

The number of reports received by the Consumer Agency so far this year:

1. By Métis, 529 reports

2. Dinbilgaranti, 369 reports

3. Bedomahalsa.com, 340 reports

4. Tele2, 279 reports

5. Telia, 227 reports

6. Klarna, 196 reports

7. Telenor, 145 reports

8. Nordic Best Energi, 123 reports

9. Synsam, 113 reports

To be included on the list, the Consumer Agency's lawyers must have opened a supervision case. This can, for example, involve misleading marketing or deficiencies in contract terms.
