Telecom giant Ericsson has completed the sale of its US subsidiary Iconectiv, which it acquired in 2012.
The sale is expected, after deduction of expected taxes, transaction costs and other debts, to amount to approximately 9.9 billion kronor, the company writes in a press release.
It was in August 2024 that the company announced the sale.
