Brynäs suffered a double blow in the away game against Växjö.
A 0-3 loss - and goalkeeper star Erik Källgren was forced to leave after more than half the game.
The 27-year-old NHL-merited player injured himself in connection with the home team's 2-0 goal. Shortly afterwards, Källgren left the ice and entered the dressing room.
The goalkeeper was replaced by Ludvig Persson. The substitute did not let any shots past him, but Växjö arranged the third goal, through Ludvig Nilsson, in an empty net.
Joachim Blichfeld scored Växjö's other goals.
