The US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken claims that the time has come to end the war in Gaza, and urges Israel not to escalate the conflict in response to Iran's drone attack on October 1.
The statement comes during Blinken's eleventh visit to the region since the war broke out last October. The Foreign Minister says he sees progress when it comes to aid to Gaza, but that it is not enough.
It is also very important that Israel responds in ways that do not create increased escalation, he says before continuing on to Saudi Arabia.
