23 conscripts have been taken to hospital in Rovaniemi and Ivalo after a traffic accident in northern Finland, report Finnish media.
Most of them have minor injuries, but two are reported to be seriously injured.
The accident occurred when an armored vehicle with conscripts from the Lapland Border Guard Section, for unclear reasons, drove off the road and overturned on its way to an exercise.
According to preliminary police information, there were too many conscripts in the armored vehicle at the time of the accident, writes the news agency STT.
