A store in Eslöv was subjected to an armed robbery on Wednesday evening. Two individuals, a man and a woman, allegedly entered the store and threatened the staff with a pistol-like object before leaving in a car that was stolen on the spot.
Shortly after, a police patrol stopped another car just north of Eslöv and arrested a woman suspected of participating in the robbery. At the same time, the police received an alarm about a car that had driven further away from there.
We drove there directly and it turned out to be the car that was stolen from the store and that a man was still there and was injured, says police spokesperson Fredrik Bratt.
One member of the store staff was injured in connection with the robbery. Both the injured person and the suspected man were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
The store staff was awake and able to talk. I have no information about the traffic accident.
The incident is classified as aggravated robbery.
