Since the Trump campaign held its election meeting in the classic arena Madison Square Garden in New York over the weekend, the stock has soared. On Monday, the stock rose by over 20 percent, and over the past month, it has risen by nearly 200 percent.
In connection with the stock market opening on Tuesday, trading was stopped at several occasions after the stock had risen 14 percent.
Donald Trump's media company includes, among other things, his social media network Truth Social.
