A 15-year-old boy in Malmö has been convicted of assaulting a 7-year-old girl who was sleeping, writes Sydsvenskan.
The assault was discovered when the police investigated a serious assault last summer where the 15-year-old was a suspect.
In his phone, an eight-second video clip was found where the person filming assaulted a sleeping girl. She was identified as a relative of the 15-year-old.
The face of the person committing the assault is not visible, and the teenager has denied that it is him, but the district court considers him proven guilty.
The 15-year-old is convicted of gross sexual assault against a child and is sentenced to 110 hours of youth service. He is also ordered to pay 30,000 kronor in damages to the victimized girl.
