The 18-year-old son of Zlatan Ibrahimovic is included in the blue-yellow P18 squad that will travel to Spain next week for several training matches, including against Japan and the USA.

I've been following him for a year, says national team captain Andreas Pettersson to the newspaper.

Maximilian Ibrahimovic signed a professional contract with AC Milan last summer, where dad Zlatan Ibrahimovic ended his playing career. In the Italian Primavera series, he has scored four goals in six matches, most recently in the derby against Inter.

He's had a fantastic start in Primavera. It's a great opportunity for us to see him in our environment, says Pettersson about the winger.

John Mellberg, Olof Mellberg's son, is also selected for the gathering.
