Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyj is to participate in an international meeting in German Ramstein on October 12 to discuss military aid to Ukraine.
"We will present a victory plan, clear, concrete steps for a fair end to the war", writes Zelenskyj on Telegram ahead of the meeting.
About 50 world leaders are expected to attend the meeting, including US President Joe Biden.
