The USA warned Iran on Monday about delivering ballistic missiles to Russia.
The USA has been in contact with its European allies after reports that Iran plans to deliver "hundreds" of missiles to Russia, according to the State Department's spokesperson Vedant Patel.
We are ready to provide a swift and severe response if Iran goes ahead with the delivery of ballistic missiles, which in our eyes would be a dramatic escalation of Iran's support for Russia's aggressive war against Ukraine, said Patel.
