Air purifier from a company marketed by Pernilla Wahlgren is stopped by the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency. The Clean Go 30 model has too high a concentration of ozone and technical defects with a risk of electric shock, according to the Swedish Electrical Safety Agency.

The company behind the product, Ozoneair, has previously been criticized for its marketing, reports Norrbottens-Kuriren. Then it was about advertising campaigns being "misleading" and "aggressive", according to the Consumer Agency.

Pernilla Wahlgren signed a contract over a year ago to become a "brand ambassador" for Ozoneair. This meant advertising on both TV and radio as well as social media. Among other things, an 80s-inspired commercial song was recorded where Wahlgren sang about how Ozoneair helps with bad smells.

Corrected: Clarifies how Pernilla Wahlgren marketed the company's products.
