A person who has been found in the water at a bathing place in Bromölla has been taken to hospital.
It is a serious accident. A person has been taken to hospital by ambulance. I know that they have gone out on the radio and warned of an urgent ambulance transport to Kristianstad, says the police's press spokesperson Patric Fors.
The police are holding witness interviews at the site which is located near a camping site.
