"This is the third attack with ballistic missiles against the capital in August with a clear interval of six days between each attack", he adds on Telegram.

Even drones were seen on their way and the air raid alarm sounded over the city. According to the military, the drones were destroyed "far from the city" and no civilian casualties have been reported.

After reports that Russia's invasion war is threatened by an arms shortage, North Korea has emerged as a closer ally, with reports of deliveries including missiles and artillery shells.

However, Ukrainian authorities are questioning the quality of North Korea's exports. Approximately half of all North Korean projectiles fired at Ukraine in the spring did not function, reports the Kyiv Independent newspaper.
