Ukraine claims to have carried out a nighttime drone attack on a Russian oil refinery south of Moscow – the second attack on the refinery in the Rjazan region in less than two weeks.

According to the Ukrainian army, the site is used by the Russian air force. Ukraine is said to have registered both explosions and a fire that broke out in the area.

The regional governor reports that the Russian air defense has "destroyed" drones over the region and that the authorities are now assessing the damage.
