Two people have died and 19 have been injured when a small plane crashed through the roof of a furniture company in Fullerton in southern California. At least 200 people were working in the premises.
The two who died are believed to have been on board the plane, while those who were injured were in the building. The injuries vary from minor to very serious, according to the police.
The alarm came around midnight Swedish time. The rescue services that arrived at the scene together with the police had to fight a fire that had broken out in the premises and evacuate nearby businesses.
According to the website Flightaware, the plane in question had four seats and was single-engine. It crashed less than two minutes after taking off from a nearby airport.
