For a week ago, the news came that Andrea Möllerberg had been fired. One of the reasons was that "the trust was exhausted", according to the association board.
In several investigations, including by Offside, Aftonbladet, and Fotbollskanalen, it has emerged that there was a great dissatisfaction with Möllerberg's leadership among the staff.
On several occasions, Möllerberg was recorded at meetings and other conversations with staff, without knowing about it. Something she now directs criticism against.
"Devastating for a person"
It is devastating for a person. It does something to a manager when it happens. The people who have been affected by it also become insecure. You become sad, you become broken, she says to Dagens Nyheter and continues:
You scream for more openness and transparency, but you record meetings and try to extract bad things from people, something you can use. And it happened between new managers and employees. You didn't even get a chance as a manager.
"Other ways"
Möllerberg tells the newspaper that she understands that the employees no longer had confidence in her, but thinks that recordings are the wrong way to handle it.
They have recorded me at staff meetings too. I don't think it's the right way to create a better environment. I think you need to get help in other ways.
