Maria Arnholm, governor of Kronoberg County, has used the county administrative board's car for private trips, reports P4 Kronoberg.
The driving records show that Arnholm has made private trips of around 200 miles, including to her summer home, which is reported to the Tax Agency and will be taxed as a benefit.
Arnholm tells the channel that she is "ashamed".
In the past, it has been known that Arnholm has taken a taxi for 82,000 kronor since 2020 and had the county administrative board pay for it.
Arnholm has been the party secretary for the Liberals and minister for gender equality in the Reinfeldt government.
