It was at 10:30 that Nordea customers had problems logging in to the app and online banking. Local media reported that customers in Norway and Denmark were also affected.

About an hour later, the problems were resolved again.

Our systems are working again, both in the app and online banking, so the technical problems are resolved, says Henrik Devell.

According to TV4, hundreds of bank customers reported technical problems during Monday morning. On the website downdetector.se, it appears that SEB, Swedbank, and Bank-id also had problems.

Neither SEB, Swedbank, nor Bank-id report any disruptions in service.

I just spoke with our security chief, we have no technical problems with us, says Charlotte Pataky, press officer for Bank-id.
