According to Dagens Nyheter, it is a school on Ljusterö northeast of Stockholm.
The police received an alarm just before 07:30 in the morning that a man holding an axe and a rake was seen outside the school. The man is said to have then disappeared.
We do not know much more than that, says Anna Westberg, press spokesperson for the Stockholm police region.
According to her, the students are not in the school, but guardians have been urged to be vigilant.
We do not see him as a direct threat, it is certainly worrying but he has not been directly confrontational, says the school's principal to Aftonbladet.
At 08:40, the police write on their website that the man has not been seen again. The police are on site, but state that there is no suspicion of crime in connection with the incident.
