Finland's President Alexander Stubb and Norway's Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre have spoken with the US's incoming President Donald Trump and congratulated him on his victory.
Støre tells NTB that Trump called on Monday evening.
"I repeated my congratulations on the election victory. During the conversation, we both emphasized Norway's and the USA's close cooperation", Støre writes in a statement.
Similar words come from Finland. Stubb, who also spoke with Trump on Monday, says that they discussed Ukraine, Russia, China, and security in Europe.
"We also talked about icebreaker cooperation between Finland, the USA, and Canada", Stubb writes on X.
