Sailors Vilma Bobeck and Rebecca Netzler got a fine start to Monday's Olympic Games sailing in the 49er FX two-woman dinghy. The blue-yellow duo finished fourth in the first sailing of the day – then it went worse.

Bobeck/Netzler finished in 15th place in the day's second race and in the third, the Swedish boat came tenth in the waters off Marseille.

After six of twelve basic sailings, the Swedish Olympic debutants are in 12th place in the overall standings. The top ten will compete for Olympic medals in the final race.

The women's windsurfing could not start as planned on Sunday due to too weak winds, but two races were held on Monday.

For Johanna Hjertberg, it was a tough Olympic start. The Swede finished in 17th place in the first race and in 19th place in the second.
