A serious workplace accident has occurred at Forsmark's nuclear power plant on Friday morning. One person has been taken to hospital by ambulance helicopter, reports Gefle Dagblad.
There was no information about the extent of the injuries.
The person was alive when they left Forsmark. That's the information I have, says Anna Ek, deputy press chief, to the newspaper.
It is unclear what happened, but the accident occurred in connection with welding work. A crisis support group has been convened.
