Little joy at the SD's election watch when the first election results are presented. The party is falling back in large parts of the country.
A drop of 2.1 percentage points compared to the last election. The mood sank significantly on the Sweden Democrats' election watch at the Josefinas pub on Djurgården in Stockholm when 5,863 of the 6,275 electoral districts have been counted.
As soon as the election results were presented, the first guests began to leave the location on Djurgården.
The party's top candidate Charlie Weimers is disappointed.
Why do you think it went wrong?
Weimers hopes now for a centre-right majority in the European Parliament and that the Moderates stop cooperating with the Social Democrats.
Is there a message that hasn't got through to the voters?
The mood sank on the SD's election watch already when the exit poll results were presented at 9pm on Sunday evening. Most of the 300 people gathered there had hoped and believed in significantly higher figures, and that the party might even become the second-largest after the Social Democrats.
