The bus, which was on its way to Copenhagen, was hit in a window that was smashed.
No person is believed to have been physically injured.
The police are investigating the incident as vandalism. No one has been arrested at present.
Bus in Malmö Targeted by Air Gun, No Injuries Reported
A bus that was traveling on Lorensborgsgatan in western Malmö was shot at on Friday morning with an air gun, writes Sydsvenskan.
