Russia has attacked Ukraine on a broad front during the night, for the third time this week.

Five rockets and around 70 attack drones were fired at the country, according to information from Ukraine's air force. Two of the rockets are reported to have been shot down, and none of the drones seem to have reached their target.

The authorities in Kiev report that remnants of shot-down drones hit several areas of the capital, but only caused minor property damage.

In the attacks that took place on Monday and Tuesday nights, around ten civilians were killed in various parts of Ukraine, as projectiles of various kinds attacked the country from all directions. Monday's attack was the largest in scope, and was also described as the largest attack of its kind so far during the war.

The already strained Ukrainian power grid has taken further damage, and the authorities have been forced to implement planned power outages to conserve energy and maintain the system.
