The average square meter price for apartments increased by 5.6 percent to 47,400 kronor at the national level. This is the largest annual increase in 2.5 years, according to the website.
"The recent interest rate cuts and downward-adjusted interest rate path have been extremely welcome for many households. It has also seriously boosted the price development on the housing market," says analyst Erik Holmberg in a press release.
The development on the villa market is simultaneously even stronger, with a price increase of 9.5 percent and an average square meter price of 30,600 kronor.
The figures are calculated up to and including September 29.
