"No one is detained in the case and no suspicion has been issued or a defender appointed. The investigation is in an early stage. Standard investigative measures will be taken starting next week", says prosecutor Rebecca Rehnström, who is leading the preliminary investigation, in a press release.
The criminal suspicions concern an incident that occurred in Stockholm's public transportation on August 23 this year.

Gustav Hemming was until recently the leader of the Center Party in Region Stockholm and vice chairman of the regional board. He resigned from his assignments after the party became aware of the criminal suspicions and reported them to the police.
