There have been people in the premises, whom we have spoken to, says the police's press spokesperson Ola Österling.
The detonation, which is described as powerful, is believed to have occurred at the front of a truck that was parked in the area. A number of surrounding facades have been damaged by the shockwave, the premises closest to where the truck was standing were evacuated.
Several people who have made observations have been questioned, according to the police, who have also checked a large number of people along the roads in the southern parts of the county.
We are in the process of identifying who has access to the premises, who is present there, and who this may have been directed against, says Ola Österling.
The incident is being investigated as general reckless endangerment. Bomb technicians will determine what has exploded and forensic technicians are conducting a technical investigation at the scene.
