The cameras are quickly turned off when someone is voted out of the council in "Robinson" on TV4. But what happens then?
In the new series "Exit Robinson", viewers get to follow when the eliminated participant is debriefed by doctors and psychologists and then leaves the island, to then try to readjust to life outside the reality series.
The cameras are present when the participant checks into a hotel, gets their first meal, and calls home to their family.
"We know that many of our dedicated viewers want to know what happens after the participants leave Robinson Island. Now it becomes reality and we look forward to closely and honestly showing the emotional rollercoaster our participants experience when they are back in reality again", says Caroline Norrby, executive producer for Robinson on TV4 in a written comment.
"Exit Robinson" premieres on TV4 Play on December 5, just in time for the latest season of the reality classic to enter its final decisive weeks. The series will be broadcast in ten episodes.
