A man in his 20s was found dead at a sports ground in Borås last autumn. The incident has been investigated as a suspected murder, but has now been confirmed to be a case of illness, reports SVT News West.
The case has therefore been closed.
We informed the man's relatives directly. They have naturally wondered what happened and if he was subjected to anything. So in that sense, it's a relief that it's a case of illness, and not a crime, says Stina Frenning, investigator at the police's unit for serious crimes, to SVT.
