Four people have drowned, including two small boys, in a boat accident off the Greek island of Kos, according to the country's coastguard late on Tuesday. The two other deceased are said to be women.
27 people were rescued, including a man arrested on suspicion of being a smuggler. The accident is said to have occurred in mild weather, according to the Greek coastguard.
