Mora Träsk releases its first original song since 1997 – "Gejmingtajm igen". This is written by Gefle Dagblad.
They think it's a hit on Universal. And when my daughter who works at Stim played it, there was applause, says Leif Walter, original member of Mora Träsk, to the newspaper.
The song was supposed to be about exercising, but it turned out to be the opposite. Instead, the focus is on avoiding the gym, eating junk food, and playing the online game "Fortnite".
Few have probably forgotten Mora Träsk's versions of children's classics like "Tigerjakt", "Fader Abraham", and "Honky tonk". But the group actually started as a progg band in 1971, before switching to children's songs in the 80s. Since the early 2000s, it's mainly Leif Walter who has continued the name on Swedish stages.
