Mistake on "BingoLotto" - Apologizes

The problems are piling up for TV 4's long-runner "Bingolotto". After the Christmas and New Year's holiday weekend's mess with overloaded apps and websites, there has also been an error in the printing of Sunday's lottery tickets, writes Expressen.

On all physical bingo lottery tickets sold for Sunday's program, the incorrect start time for the program is stated, 18:30 instead of 18:00 when the broadcast began. This caused several players to miss the first bingo, which has stirred up emotions on social media.

Now "Bingolotto" is apologizing for yet another mistake.

I want to apologize that the information did not reach. We have done our utmost, says Mathias Skoglund, CEO of Folkspel, to Expressen.

Folkspel also announces that all lottery tickets up to and including week nine will be misprinted. The reason is the decision in December to change the broadcast channel for "Bingolotto" from Sjuan to TV4. Since TV4 has a break for the news at 19:00, the program must start half an hour earlier.

The lottery tickets are printed approximately three months in advance.

On the eve of Christmas Eve, "Bingolotto's" app and website were overloaded, and many with digital lottery tickets could not access them for about three hours.

Prior to the New Year's bingo, "Bingolotto" announced that there was an error in the printing of certain lottery tickets, which meant that lottery buyers could not register their potential winnings online. They were instead forced to send in the physical lottery ticket to Folkspel for control.
