In connection with this, they are trying to throw in some kind of object, says the police's press spokesperson Anders Dahlman.

What kind of object it is is unclear, but it is not supposed to be a dangerous object. The background to why the individuals tried to get in is currently unclear. When the police intervened, they resisted.

The two men, estimated to be in their 30s, are suspected of violating the Public Order Act and violent resistance.

It's a sports competition that's going on and you're not allowed to be there if you're not authorized. It's the same as going onto a football pitch, you can compare it to that, says Dahlman.

The men have been questioned on the spot and have subsequently been released, since there is no grounds for detaining them.

In connection with the finishes in Vasaloppet, a drone has been spotted within the temporary no-fly zone. A man, who is a foreign citizen, is suspected of violating the Aviation Ordinance.
